All simplyexcess policies are zero-excess policies, meaning the renter will not be required to pay any excess amount in the event of a claim.

Car rentals in all countries worldwide, but excluding all countries in North, Central and South America, the Caribbean islands, Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Liberia, North Korea, Myanmar, Republic of Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela and Zimbabwe. and any countries where the United Kingdom Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) has issued travel warnings. The limit of coverage for Excess under a Rental Agreement is up to £10,000 during any single Insurance Period.

Coverage for damages to the windows, tyres, wheels, headlights, undercarriage, or roof of the Rental Vehicle, with a total maximum of £10,000 during any single Insurance Period.

Coverage for damages to or loss of the Membership Card/Key for a Rental Vehicle, with a maximum of £500 per claim and £3,000 in any single Insurance Period.

Coverage for expenses related to cleaning the engine and fuel system, and any towing costs, with a maximum of £500 per claim and £3,000 in any single Insurance Period.

Coverage if the Rental Agreement is cancelled or shortened based on the written advice of a medically qualified doctor, with a maximum of £50 per claim and £300 in any single Insurance Period.

Coverage for drop-off charges if the Insured Lead Named Driver is, following an Accident or illness resulting in hospitalisation, unable to return the Rental Vehicle to the Car Rental Company or Agency, up to a maximum of £500 per claim.

Coverage for expenses incurred to unlock the Rental Vehicle without causing additional damage, up to £3,000 with a maximum of £500 per claim.

Coverage of up to £3,000 for any single incident if you experience a physical assault by another person resulting from an accident involving your Rental Vehicle, leading to a physical injury.

Coverage for loss or damage to luggage and/or personal belongings as a result of theft or attempted theft, up to a maximum of £500 for any single claim, with a single item limit of £250.
