• ✘Claims where you cannot provide sufficient supporting evidence.
• ✘Any claims where the driver is not listed on the rental agreement or insurance certificate
• ✘Any claims where the driver has failed to comply with the rental agreement terms
• ✘Any claims for theft or damage of personal money and documents
• ✘Any claims for theft or vandalism not reported to the police within 24 hours
• ✘Any claims for vehicle usage outside the defined "rental vehicle" terms
• ✘Claims are void if the rental period exceeds the maximum specified in the insurance certificate
